This Mendelian randomization study examined the causal effect of milk intake on hay fever, asthma, and lung function using data from 363,961 individuals enrolled in the UK Biobank. Lung function parameters (FEV1 and FVC) were measured using a calibrated Vitalograph Pneumotrac spirometer.
