Inflammatory markers and lung function in relation to indoor and ambient air pollution

This study examined the relationship between indoor and ambient air pollution and lung function and markers of systemic inflammation in 5199 middle-aged Danish people enrolled in the Copenhagen Aging and Midlife Biobank. As part of the study, participants underwent lung function testing (FEV1) using the Vitalograph Pneumotrac spirometer with Spirotrac IV software.
