Frailty syndrome in daily practice of interventional cardiology ward-rationale and design of the FRAPICA trial: A STROBE-compliant prospective observational study

This paper described the design of a single-center, observational, prospective study that will evaluate the prognostic ability of the Fried frailty scale and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living score in ~1000 patients with symptomatic coronary heart disease aged ≥65 years. Enrolled patients will undergo a pulmonary function assessment (FEV1, PEF) using the Vitalograph Asma-1 peak flow meter.
