This cross-sectional study examined gastric motility and lung function in 72 children with functional abdominal pain disorders and/or asthma, as compared with 24 healthy control subjects. Included subjects underwent spirometric testing (FEV1, FVC, FEF25–75, FEF50, PEF) using the Vitalograph Alpha Touch spirometer.
