Bid Administrator – Pharmaceutical Clinical Trials

Summary

We are recruiting for an experienced and talented Bid Administrator to join our Clinical Trials Team.

At Vitalograph, we offer customized products and service solutions to our customers who run Phase II and III Clinical Trials with Respiratory end-points. The purpose of this role is to proactively manage proposals, quotes and contract amendments. This is a responsible role where you will be working as part of a small enthusiastic team.

Reporting to the Proposal Manager, Clinical Trials, your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating Proposals, Quotes and Change Orders. Proactively managing and reporting on progress on all Request for Proposals (RFP) for accuracy and completeness in line with reviewer comments.
  • Proactively managing, actioning and reporting on progress on all Contract Amendments and Request for Information (RFI) submissions.
  • Developing and maintaining quality metrics for routine and ad hoc reports.
  • Providing support for the Proposal Manager as required.
  • Supporting budget forecasting and pricing.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a finance administration role or similar.
  • Sound understanding of spreadsheets applicable to budget and payment schedules.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Organizational & planning skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work unsupervised, using initiative to identify tasks to complete.
  • Ability to focus and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • MS Office: Ms Word, PowerPoint,

  • Background in clinical trials, medicine or pharmaceuticals.
