Vitalograph's 50th anniversary year kicked off in style at the ARTP Conference. In addition to hosting a conference workshop and drinks reception Vitalograph raised £222 for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust by donating £1 for every visitor to our stand who signed our anniversary card.
A highly successful show was crowned by Vitalograph winning the 'Best Stand Award' for the second year running.
A key goal of the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust is to have all patients with PF referred for transplant assessment within 12 months of diagnosis. 100,000 names are needed by 1st October so that this petition can be debated in parliament. They need lots more signatures but it is literally a couple of clicks, costs nothing and could save so much. Sadly, most people are too ill to receive a transplant once they are referred. There is also a general petition on organ donation to create a system where we are automatically considered for organ donation unless we choose to opt out. So, instead of carrying donor cards we will carry 'not for donation' cards. Again 100,000 names are needed by 6th September 2013. Click below to sign this petition.
