This was a randomized, single-blind, parallel-group study that evaluated reflexology and individualized homeopathy as an adjuvant treatment in 84 adult patients with asthma. The primary endpoint was the change from baseline in AQLQ score; secondary endpoints included QoL measured by the ACQ and EQ-5D, spirometry, medication use, asthma symptoms, PEF, and exacerbations. FEV1 and FVC were measured using a Vitalograph dry wedge spirometer.
