This observational, cross-sectional study examined the validity of electromyography as a non-invasive determinant of the metabolic response to incremental exercise in 66 recovered COVID-19 patients. As part of the study, FEV1 at rest (ie prior to cardiopulmonary exercise testing) was measured using the Vitalograph Asma-1 device.
