Annual Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
A full annual check of your Vitalograph device, by one our highly trained and knowledgeable service technicians is carried out using state-of-the-art testing equipment. This can take place on-site or through our Collect & Deliver option.

PPM Options
On-site: Our Customer Support Team arrange a date and time for one of our expert technicians to visit your site to carry out a full annual check on your equipment with minimal disruption to your clinic.
Collect & Deliver: If it is more convenient to have your full annual check for your device off-site, our Customer Support Team will arrange to collect your device and syringe using one of our dedicated, secure pink boxes. Your equipment will have a full annual check at our Buckingham Office and safely returned with all test certificates.

Our ProductCare Plans allow you to efficiently manage the maintenance of your Vitalograph medical equipment through a flexible long-term contract.

Emergency Breakdown
We provide emergency breakdown should your Vitalograph device develop a fault and require repair. Immediate telephone support is available during office hours through our free technical helpline, manned by trained technicians at our Buckingham Office
