Project Coordinator – Clinical Trials

Summary

We have a vacancy on our UK based Clinical Trials team for a Project Coordinator.  You will provide excellent customer service by communicating with multiple internal functions and stakeholders to support delivery of external products and services for clinical trials projects, in-line with customer expectations & requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer communications & reporting.
  • Attending and documenting internal & external project meetings.
  • Writing and updating study related documents.
  • Ensuring compliance with GCP and Vitalograph QMS.
  • Assisting with reporting on study progress.
  • Problem/issue identification, resolution and prevention.
  • Internal and external training (Investigator meetings, on site, telephone/web).
  • Supporting the appropriate generation and storage of study related documents.
  • Routine administration of project services

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in a clinical trials environment (Sponsor/CRO/Site)
  • Experience of demonstration / training
  • Understanding of GCP

  • Problem identification & resolution skills
  • Understanding of MS office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
