Yes. The In2itive may be used simply as a portable handheld spirometer or connected to a PC running Spirotrac software via the USB cable. Connection to a PC allows volume graph or flow curves to be viewed on the PC in real-time during testing.
Yes, the In2itive is designed to work with seamlessly with Spirotrac 5 software. If you do not already have Spirotrac, it may be purchased as a package with the In2itive device (Product code: 79002).
Yes. Under the ‘Post’ mode, both VC and FVC testing can take place.
Yes but you will need Spirotrac software, either purchased as a package with the In2itive (Product code: 79002) or purchase separately. The addition of Vitalink Middleware Software or Spirotrac Developers’ Kit may also be required depending upon your chosen EMR system.

Running costs are low for In2itive as no expensive disposable sensors, turbines, adaptors or flow tubes are required. The simple, validated hygiene system using Bacterial Viral Filters means that keeping the device clean is easy and inexpensive.
Yes. If a new BVF is used for every test subject and the In2itive is stored in a clean, dust free environment, then the device should require only surface cleaning using a 70% isopropyl alcohol wipe. If you suspect that the micro has become contaminated, refer to our flowhead cleaning instructions.
