Thursday, May 11th, 2023

This study examined the annual decline in FEV1 in community-dwelling older adults aged 60–93 years with a diagnosis of early-stage COPD, including how this decline differed to that associated with normal aging. As part of the study, participants underwent pulmonary function testing (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC ratio) using the Vitalograph In2itive spirometer.
