This post hoc analysis of the CORAL Phase 2b trial evaluated whether nalbuphine extended release reduces cough bouts in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. The VitaloJAK cough monitor was used to objectively record 24-hour cough frequency data, from which cough bouts were identified and quantified.
