Comparison between three digital peak expiratory flow devices and spirometry in children and adolescents with asthma

This study compared three digital peak flow meters with standard spirometry in children and adolescents with asthma to determine how accurately they measured lung function before and after bronchodilation. The Vitalograph Asma-1 device was used to measure peak expiratory flow (PEF) and FEV₁ and assess agreement with spirometry.
