FEV1/FEV6 cutoff points to avoid false negatives when using portable devices, PICO-6® and COPD-6®, in COPD detection in primary healthcare services

This study evaluated optimal FEV1/FEV6 ratio cutoff values with the PIKO-6® and COPD-6® devices for COPD screening in a primary care setting, based on data collected from 664 patients aged ≥35 years with a cumulative tobacco consumption of ≥10 packs/year.
