2020 Updated Asthma Guidelines: Clinical utility of fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) in asthma management

This editorial provided a critique of recommendations on the utility of FeNO in asthma, per updates to the NAEPP EPR-4 Working Group guidelines on the management of asthma. It was noted that the type of analyzer may influence results (ie different analyzers may give different readings), and this should be considered when using the results to rule out a diagnosis of asthma.
