A novel virtual reality blowgun game for rehabilitation of older adults: A preliminary case series

This study examined the clinical application of a dysphagia rehabilitation program involving a virtual reality blowgun game in 3 volunteers residing in a long-term care home. Measures of the effectiveness of the program included changes in lung function (FEV1, FEV6, FEV1/FEV6 ratio), which were assessed using the Vitalograph COPD-6 device.
