Design and initial testing of a novel disposable oscillating positive expiratory pressure device

This study used 3D printing methods to develop a disposable oscillating positive expiratory pressure device with comparable mechanical performance to commercially available devices. All devices were tested using a healthy volunteer, with a Vitalograph disposable bacterial viral filter placed proximal to the sensor during all test procedures.
