Spirotrac,COMPACT Medical WorkstationThis randomized, double-blind trial evaluated the effects of FNAN (Family Nursing with the Assistance of Network) versus routine family nursing care on clinical outcomes and QoL in 112 coronary atherosclerotic heart disease patients who underwent a coronary artery bypass graft. The primary endpoint was the scores for HAMD, HAMA, PSQI, and CAT after 10 days of nursing care; secondary endpoints were measured after 3 months of nursing care, and included changes in depression and anxiety, sleep quality, and lung function. Lung function (FVC) was assessed using the Vitalograph COMPACT spirometer.
