This study examined the effect of a 6-month course of elexacaftor/tezacaftor/ivacaftor on forced oscillation technique parameters, as compared with spirometry and nitrogen multiple‐breath washout parameters, in 49 children and adolescents with cystic fibrosis. Spirometric parameters included FEV1, FVC, and FEF25–75, which were measured using a Vitalograph In2itive spirometer.
