Analysis of correlation between FEV1/FEV6 And oxygen saturation during six-minute walk test (6MWT) in COPD patients

This study examined the correlation between FEV1/FEV6 and oxygen saturation during the 6MWT in 104 COPD patients who were referred to the respiratory department of a hospital in Kelambakkam, India. Lung function testing was performed using the Vitalograph COPD-6 Model 4000 device. Endpoints of interest included FEV1, FEV6, FEV1/FEV6 ratio, and 6MWD.
