A pilot study of ABACAS: A promising new automated chronic cough analysis tool

This pilot study assessed the performance of an audio-based automated cough analysis system for automatically annotating real-world audio recordings. The system was trained, developed, and tested using 380 separate 24-hour audio recordings, which were obtained from 77 adult subjects with chronic cough using the Vitalograph VitaloJAK cough monitor.
