A single center observational study of spirometry assessments in children with congenital heart disease after surgery

This retrospective study compared pulmonary function following open-heart surgery in 86 children with various forms of congenital heart disease. Lung function testing (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC ratio) was undertaken using the Vitalograph Pneumotrac spirometer.
