Changes in peak inspiratory flow after acute bronchodilation: An observational study of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

This observational cross-sectional study examined clinical and patient factors influencing PIF in 63 patients with COPD. The primary endpoints were pre- and post-bronchodilator spirometry (FEV, FVC, FEV1/FVC ratio) and PIF, which were measured using a Vitalograph Pneumotrac spirometer.
