Efficacy and Safety of Pharmacotherapy for Refractory Chronic Cough: A Systematic Review and Network Meta-Analysis

This systematic review and network meta-analysis examined the efficacy and safety of pharmacotherapy for the treatment of refractory chronic cough in 19 randomized controlled trials. In 14 of the 19 studies analyzed, cough was monitored using the Vitalograph VitaloJAK device.
