Integration of asthma care into primary health facilities of Iran: Findings from the pilot project

This study evaluated a pilot project integrating asthma-related services into a governmental network of primary healthcare facilities and hospitals in Iran. As part of the project, primary healthcare providers were equipped with the Vitalograph Asmaplan to measure PEF, while physicians were provided with the Vitalograph Asma-1 to measure PEF and FEV1.
