This longitudinal cohort study evaluated the reliability and construct validity of the Patient-Specific Functional Scale – designed to assess patient-reported functional performance – in 70 adults diagnosed with COPD. As part of the study, included participants underwent pulmonary function testing (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC ratio), which was performed using a Vitalograph Alpha spirometer.
