Prevalence of Airway Obstruction among Young Collegiate Smokers

This observational study estimated the prevalence of airway obstruction among young collegiate smokers to identify early smoking-related lung impairment. The Vitalograph COPD-6™ device was used as a screening tool to measure FEV₁/FEV₆ and detect airflow obstruction, identifying participants requiring confirmatory spirometry.
