Exposure to ambient air pollution and lung function and pulmonary fibrosis: A prospective study in the UK Biobank

This study examined the effect of air pollution on lung fibrosis using data from 502,449 individuals enrolled in the UK Biobank. Lung function parameters (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC ratio) were measured using a Vitalograph Pneumotrac spirometer.
