This study evaluated whether genetic regions associated with cross-sectional lung function were associated with longitudinal decline in 4167 individuals from the Busselton Health Study cohort, Western Australia. Included subjects underwent 12,695 spirometric observations across eight time points; at one such time point, testing was undertaken using Vitalograph wedge spirometers.
