Validation of video supported spirometry in a severe asthma patient cohort from the BenRex study

This study compared the acceptability of video-supported home spirometry versus onsite spirometry in patients with severe asthma who were participating in a clinical trial of benralizumab. During the study, offsite and onsite spirometry (FEV1, FVC) was performed using a Vitalograph Micro spirometer.
