4000 Series,COPD-6This randomized study examined the immediate effect of high-velocity low amplitude thrust (n=13), as compared with breathing exercises and thoracic expansion exercises (n=13), on respiratory parameters, chest mobility, and range of motion in the cervical and thoracic region in patients with mild-to-moderate COPD aged 40–65 years. Outcome measures included pulmonary function (FEV1, FVC), which was assessed using a Vitalograph COPD-6 device.
