This thesis described outcomes of a study designed to examine practices related to daily airway clearance techniques in 144 children and young people (6–16 years) with cystic fibrosis. The 16-month study involved collection of lung function data (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC, PEF, MMEF) at multiple time points, which included the use of a Vitalograph Alpha Touch spirometer.
