This study used data from a repeated panel study to examine the relationship between the concentration of PM2.5 chemical components and pulmonary function in 47 adolescents living on Yuge Island, western Japan. Overall, 4155 pulmonary function tests were performed during the study period, with included subjects self-measuring PEF and FEV1 using a calibrated Vitalograph In2itive e-diary.
