Vitalograph Medisoft Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Service

We offer two levels of maintenance agreement, PPM and PPM Extended. Our PPMs may be taken out over 1, 3, or 5 years and include servicing of your Medisoft equipment by our highly trained and knowledgeable service technicians, using state-of-the-art testing equipment. Discounts are available for contracts covering multiple pieces of equipment.

  • Full multi-point functional and diagnostic checks to manufacturer’s recommendations.

Benefits of PPM Extended

Emergency Breakdown

We provide an emergency breakdown service should your Medisoft device develop a fault and require repair. This service is available with or without a PPM Service contract.

Immediate telephone support is available through our free technical helpline, manned by professional, trained technicians. We can arrange a repair visit if the fault cannot be rectified over the telephone. Our expert technicians will diagnose and repair your equipment either onsite or at our Service Centre.
