Comes with 5-Year Warranty with unlimited technical support if registered within 30-days of purchase. If the instrument has been returned for annual service and calibration each year within one month of its purchase anniversary date, any repair parts required will then be warrantied for five years from the original date of purchase. A nominal fee plus shipping is charged for this optional annual service. The device must be registered within 30-days of purchase.

No, the SDK provides details of the API which will enable integration developers to create their own telehealth applications. The BT12 streams live ECG waveform data via Bluetooth along with the heart rate and pacemaker detection data. It is the responsibility of the developers to display and calculate other measurements and interpretation based on the provided waveform data.
