This study evaluated the influence of latex and other chemicals on the pulmonary function of 50 workers engaged in rubber processing in Kerala, India. Lung function (FEV1, FEV1/FVC ratio, FEF25–75) was assessed using the Vitalograph COMPACT spirometer.
