Impact of psychological factors on functional performance among patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

This cross-sectional study examined the effects of anxiety, depression, and health-related quality of life on the functional performance of 70 clinically stable patients with COPD in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As part of the study, pulmonary function (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC ratio) was assessed using the Vitalograph Alpha spirometer.
