Incidence and predictors of COPD mortality in Uganda: A 2-year prospective cohort study

This prospective cohort study assessed the incidence and predictors of mortality in 296 patients with COPD in Uganda. Included patients underwent baseline pulmonary function testing (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC ratio) using a calibrated Vitalograph Pneumotrac spirometer with Spirotrac software.
