Prenatal, early-life and childhood exposure to air pollution and lung function: The ALSPAC cohort

This study investigated lung function in relation to air pollution exposure during pregnancy, infancy, and childhood in subjects enrolled in a United Kingdom population-based birth cohort. Lung function testing was undertaken when children were aged 8 years (n=5276) and 15 years (n=3446) using a Vitalograph In2itive spirometer.
