This cross-sectional, observational study examined the association between environmental exposures (PM2.5, greenness, and urbanicity) and COPD prevalence in 96,779 participants enrolled in the UK Biobank study. As part of the study, participants completed breath spirometry measurements (FEV1, FVC) using a Vitalograph Pneumotrac spirometer.
