[Assessment of the portable COPD-6 device for detecting obstructive airway diseases]

This cross-sectional study examined the agreement between FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC ratio, as measured using the Vitalograph COPD-6 device, with FEV1, FEV6 and FEV1/FEV6 ratio, as measured using standard spirometry, for the detection of obstructive airway diseases in 180 subjects. The study also examined the validity of the COPD-6 device to detect airway obstruction.
