Comparison of a portable, pneumotach flow-sensor-based spirometer (Spirofy) with Vitalograph Alpha Touch spirometer in evaluating lung function in healthy individuals, asthmatics, and COPD patients

This randomized, open-label, three-way crossover study compared the performance of the Spirofy™ and Vitalograph Alpha spirometers for the measurement of lung function (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC ratio) in healthy individuals and in patients with asthma or COPD.
