An analysis of the accuracy of digital home peak flow monitoring, relative to supervised measurements, in uncontrolled asthma

This cohort study evaluated the accuracy of twice-daily at-home serial PEF readings, as compared with PEF readings obtained in the laboratory, in 220 patients with uncontrolled asthma. In both groups of patients, PEF readings were obtained using the Vitalograph Asma-1 electronic respiratory monitor.
