Monday, April 8th, 2024

This randomized study explored the effects of intermittent hypoxic exposure, with or without exercise, on lung function, lipid profile, and 6-minute walk distance in 30 individuals with cardiovascular risk factors. As part of the study, lung function testing (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC ratio) was undertaken using a calibrated Vitalograph Pneumotrac spirometer.
