This cross-sectional study examined the association between pesticide use and lung function impairment in 142 agricultural farmers in Thatta, Pakistan. As part of the study, lung function testing (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC ratio) was performed using the portable Vitalograph In2itive spirometer.
