Changing smoking behavior and epigenetics: A longitudinal study of 4,432 individuals from the general population

This longitudinal study examined the change in AHRR methylation over a period of approximately ten years according to smoking behaviors and demographic variables in 4432 individuals enrolled in the Copenhagen City Heart Study. As part of the study, FEV1 and FVC were measured using the Vitalograph dry wedge spirometer.
