Inpatient rehabilitation can improve functional outcomes of post-intensive care unit COVID-19 patients—A prospective study

This prospective study examined the impact of an inpatient rehabilitation program on neuromuscular, respiratory, and functional impairment in 42 COVID-19 patients following discharge from the intensive care unit. As part of the study, peak cough flow was measured using the Vitalograph Asmaplan peak flow meter with Spirotrac software.
