Characteristics and phenotypes of a COPD cohort in Uganda

This cross-sectional study analyzed the clinical characteristics and risk factor profiles of 323 outpatients with COPD aged ≥30 years in Kampala, Uganda. As part of the study, patients underwent lung function testing (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC ratio), which was performed using the Vitalograph Pneumotrac spirometer with Spirotrac software.
