Long term treatment with ataluren–The Swedish experience

This retrospective, longitudinal case-series study examined long-term outcomes in 11 male children and adults (12–26 years) with Duchenne muscular dystrophy treated with ataluren in Sweden. Follow-up included twice-yearly lung function testing (FVC), which was performed using the Vitalograph Alpha spirometer in some patients.
